Terms of Service
Once the discussion for commission payment has begun, it is automatically implied that the Terms and Conditions have been accepted by both parties: PokuriMio and you, the Client.
GENERAL RULES
PokuriMio can decline and refund a commission at any point.
While this is extremely unlikely, not all client interactions are expected to go smoothly. PokuriMio retains the right leave a project due to any unresolved conflicts, or discomfort working with the client, or client bad manners. The refund will be applied based on the refund policy.
Please be polite and professional.
Please do not spam for updates. That will not make the process go faster. There will be an message sent to you for every new update made.
Each stage of updates is your chance for feedback. If we pass a moment for feedback (such as posing and line art for a character is established, then asking to change that during the final coloring stage,) that is too late. Please be sure you like what you see before we move into each stage.
Credits and Rights
All Commissions require proper credit to "@PokuriMio" on all Social Media.
Artwork Rights of artwork created by PokuriMio belong to PokuriMio.
Commercial Rights of artwork created by PokuriMio belong to PokuriMio. Monetization of commissioned artwork is prohibited.
(Unless there is an official discussion and payment of commercial rights for commercial commissions.)
All commissions are allowed for personal use by the client; for example:
- Online Profile Pics
- Online Banner art
- Printed for personal physical artwork. (selling is prohibited)
PAYMENT
PokuriMio accepts payments only through PayPal.
Once a price is discussed and agreed upon, PokuriMio will send an official invoice to the email that was provided in the order. PokuriMio will not send her email to you for payment.
If you already have payment info from a previous commission, PLEASE WAIT to receive the next invoice! Do not pay without the invoice.
Payments must be made in advance. Once the invoice amount has been paid in FULL, the commission will progress.
(Partial payments will be available for commissions over $200)
ON and OFF LIMITS
PokuriMio will be open to drawing:
- Characters
- Animals
- Anthropomorphism (aka Furries)
- Most things that are not listed on the NO list!
PokuriMio will not draw:
- Mechas and Vehicles
- R18 & NSFW
- Realism
- Landscape Art
REFUNDS
I understand that emergencies can happen financially.
That said, here are my refund policies:
80% refunds are allowed only if no work has been done since payment.
50% refunds are allowed only if the art progressed to the sketch phase.
No more refunds will be allowed past the sketch phase, unless some kind of unreasonable amount of time on my side has passed since your order was made without communication. (i.e. 2 months or more)
